Who we are 

MD ELITE Summer Training Group is more than a summer track group — it’s a movement where speed meets purpose. Designed for high school sprinters and middle-distance athletes (200m–1600m) who either would like to extend past their HS seasons or receive personalized training that helps them develop as athletes outside of competing. MD ELITE blends elite-level training with character-driven coaching to build athletes who are not only fast but focused, fearless, and grounded. Each session combines speed work, aerobic development, and race strategy with sustainable mindset training and team culture, creating a space where every stride is intentional and every athlete is seen.

 

Athletes will train under experienced coaches in a high-trust, high-energy environment rooted in discipline, faith, and personal growth. With optional media content creation and opportunities for leadership and reflection, MD ELITE doesn’t just prepare athletes for their next race — it prepares them for life. Whether you’re building toward a breakout track season or laying the foundation for fall cross country, this is your summer to rise.
